Return and exchange of goods

Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality

Our store makes every effort to eliminate any need for a return or exchange of goods. All goods are visually inspected upon receipt from the supplier and before packing. However, it is not possible to completely eliminate the entire product defects.

You can return or exchange goods of inadequate quality during the warranty period, expiration date, or, if no such period has been established, within a period not exceeding two years.

The goods are accepted at the selling price. The money for the goods is either taken into account in the cost of a new order, or returned to the client in a convenient way for the store and the client.

Payment for the delivery of the return of goods of inadequate quality, provided that the return is agreed with the store, is borne by the store.

For information on how specifically you can return or exchange goods, see the section "Procedure for the exchange and return of goods".

Return and exchange of adequate quality goods

You can refuse the ordered product within 7 days after it has been delivered.

The return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved.

Exchange of goods of good quality for a similar one is possible within 14 days from the date of the order has been delivered, if the goods did not suit you in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration. Again, proper goods conditions must be preserved.

If at the time of your request to exchange a product, a similar product is not available for sale, you can refuse the product and demand a refund of its value.

The goods are accepted at the selling price. The money for the goods is either taken into account in the cost of a new order, or returned to the client in a convenient way for the store and the client.
